Geography
The municipality borders Struga Municipality to the south, Debar Municipality to the east, north and west, and Albania to the west.

The municipality consists of the following villages: Bajramovci, Balanci, Breštani, Broštica, Centar Župa, Crno Boci, Dolgaš, Dolno Melničani, Elevci, Evla, Golem Papradnik, Gorenci, Gorno Melničani, Kočišta, Kodžadžik, Mal Papradnik, Novak, Odžovci, Osolnica, Pareši, Pralenik, Vlasikji, Žitineni
Demographics
According to the last national census from 2002 this municipality has 6,519 inhabitants.[1]
Ethnic groups in the municipality include:
Turks: 5,226 (80.2%)
Macedonians: 814 (12.5%)
Albanians: 454 (7.0%)
others: 25 (0.4%)

According to the 2002 census all 275 inhabitants of Kodžadžik declared as Turks[4]
